House of Livia and Oratory of the Forty Martyrs: guided tours for groups

The Special Superintendency for the Archaeological Heritage of Rome, in collaboration with Pierreci-Codess, is organizing, from 7 February to 30 March 2011, guided tours for groups in two different sites that are ordinarily closed to the public: the House of Livia and the Oratory of the Forty Martyrs.

The guided tours are scheduled at the following hours:

  • 10.00 / 11.00 / 12.00 / 13.00 / 14.00 / 15.00 (in Italian); 
  • 09.30 / 10.30 / 11.30 / 12.30 / 13.30 / 14.30 (in English).

The visit is free as it is included in the ticket of the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill (also valid for the Colosseum)

The meeting point for the visit to the House of Livia is the ticket office in via San Gregorio 30, for the visit to the Oratory of the Forty Martyrs is the ticket office located in Via dei Fori Imperiali/ Largo Salara Vecchia.

Bookings are possible only at the ticket offices; no service of telephone booking is available.
